Super Supercharged
October 2007.
In October 2007 Zytec was commissioned to provide PLC software and a HMI for a car Supercharger testing cell.
The cell contained several cameras which checked the Supercharger to insure there are no defeats and that the part was complete. Following a successful check of the part, the Supercharger is moved to a Laser area where a unique barcode and information is lasered onto the part.
The software was developed utilising Mitsubishi GX developer with all operator adjustable variables shown on the Mitsubishi HMI.
